Sam obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. In 2004 he received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law where he received academic awards in the areas of Corporations and Electronic Commerce. His practice focuses on healthcare law with a focus on professional licensure, applications, and credentialing. He routinely appears before the various Tennessee Health-Related Board, DEA, and private insurance committees. He also assists his clients with clinic/organizational formation and employment matters. Sam also provides general civil litigation services to his clients.
